Process

A Research Briefing follows four clear stages so the time on the call is spent answering your question, not gathering context.

1. Send a brief

Use the contact form. Tell us your topic, your experience level, and any concrete clues: a transaction signature, a program address, an error code, or a design dilemma.

2. Receive a reading map

At least 48 hours before the call, we send a private reading map. It lists the key concepts, primary sources, and glossary terms you will need.

3. Join the call

The session is a conversation built around your questions. We walk through the material together, trace real transactions when possible, and pause whenever you need clarity.

4. Get follow-up notes

Within 48 hours after the call, we send a concise summary of what was covered, the sources used, and suggested next steps.

Between sessions

Retainer clients can email short follow-up questions between calls. We answer within two business days.
