Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers the Research Briefing service. It is designed to be fair to both visitors and the small team preparing each session.

Cancellations

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations after the session has started.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least 24 hours notice. Further rescheduling may incur a small administrative fee.

Custom reports

For quoted research reports or multi-session retainers, the refund terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Once preparation has started, a partial or no refund may apply depending on work completed.
