These terms apply to the Mentisquarry website and the Research Briefing service operated from Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Acceptance

Requesting a briefing or subscribing to our notes means you accept these terms. Continued use of the site or service is also acceptance.

Service description

The Research Briefing is an educational and research session. It includes a curated reading map, a private video conversation, and written follow-up notes. Excluded from the briefing are implementation work, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, and any custody of keys or assets.

Booking and payment

Requests are submitted through the contact form. We confirm availability, scope, and price before scheduling. Payment is by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

Reading maps and follow-up notes prepared for you are for your personal or internal team use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Mentisquarry is responsible for the clarity and accuracy of its research explanations. You remain responsible for your own code, transactions, and financial choices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul.
